1. GENERAL CONDITIONS

These general conditions apply to any agreement made by LensOnline. These conditions are a priority to any written or printed formality of the buyer. By placing an order, the buyer states to agree with the current conditions. Any additions to these general conditions are valid only after the preliminary written by LensOnline.

2. ORDER

Orders are placed online at the website - www.lensonline.be -, by e-mail or phone. The buyer receives confirmation by e-mail. Special offers given on the website are not binding. They do not become mandatory until after confirmation of the order.

3. DELIVERY

LensOnline charges 3.50 euros for deliveries within the Benelux. Shipping costs for shipping outside the Benelux countries amounts to 6.00 euros. For shipment of contact lens solutions outside of Belgium, there is a surcharge of 20 euros in addition to normal postage. LensOnline only delivers after reception of payment. Most items are available from stock. Delivery times listed on the website are indicative and not mandatory. The buyer has no right to miss any obligation from the purchase at LensOnline. In case of irresistible force, LensOnline holds the right to clear the regime without judicial intervention, and postpone the time of delivery until there is no more irresistible force, without the buyer having the right to claim a refund. In case of non-compliance from the agreement with LensOnline, the company holds the right to postpone delivery and services. The invoice is delivered with the order.

4. PRICES

The prices of the LensOnline products are listed on the website and are guaranteed by LensOnline, subject to irresistible force. Prices are listed in euros and 21% VAT inclusive. The shipping costs are not included. Check Article 3 for more information.

5. PAYMENT

P Payments are made by Internet, transfer or cash in one of our branches. Payments over the Internet are protected by a secure server. In case of transfer payment, LensOnline does not deliver the order until after reception of payment. Check www.ogone.be for more information concerning payments. Reductions are valid only under the conditions indicated on the website.

6. COMPLAINTS

Any complaint about non-compliance of delivery or lack visual must immediately be communicated in writing at the time of delivery, in default of which, each complaint will be designed as non-responsive. In a complaint, the buyer is not exempt from payment obligations. A return must remain free of charge for LensOnline and will only be accepted if LensOnline has previously given written permission.

7. RESPONSIBILITY & GUARANTEES

LensOnline delivers the products according to data provided by the buyer. LensOnline assumes that the buyer regularly, preferably every 6 months, passes an eye exam with an eye care or contact lens specialist. By accepting these terms of purchase, the buyer confirms this assumption. LensOnline guarantees the quality and effectiveness of products delivered, as indicated in the EC product info from the manufacturer. LensOnline products are delivered in the manufacturer's original packaging. The buyer agrees to read the instructions and conditions of use prior to the use of products. In case of confusion, the buyer agrees to contact the manufacturer before using the products. LensOnline is not responsible for any technical shortcomings in the packaged products or possible mistakes in the general conditions of the manufacturer. LensOnline can not take responsibility for the tolerance of products and their possible consequences for the eye. Neither is LensOnline liable if the defect is due to negligence of maintenance, intentional degradation or negligent application instructions and requirements of the manufacturer.

8. PERSONAL DATA

Any personal information that, within the framework of the order, the buyer communicates to LensOnline, is kept in a customer filing system. LensOnline uses this information for commercial purposes only, the proxy information to the buyer and order processing. The buyer may at any time, adapt and eliminate such information. Personal information will never be disclosed to third parties.

9. APPLICABLE LAW

These general conditions are subject to Belgian law. Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the court of the district where the supplier or the headquarters of the company are based. Only Belgian law is applicable to the contract.
